CARING FOR YOUR FEET

*Wear the right shoe for the right activity

*Buy comfortable, well made shoes that support your feet and ankles


*Avoid walking barefoot outside

*Pamper you feet after a hard days work

*Make an appointment with a doctor if you have an injury or pain that won't go away

*Sometimes an injection, orthopedic shoes (or insert), or series of stretches can relieve your symptoms without having surgery

Foot pain can take the pleasure out of living. By taking care of your feet you can prolong the enjoyment and delay the pain.
